L. Maxine Phillips, 87, of Galva, died June 4, 2012 at The Cedars, McPherson. She was born May 14, 1925 in Little River, KS, daughter of Durward and Veda (Folck) Titus. She was a homemaker.
She married Loren C. Phillips in Lindsborg, KS on June 10, 1955.

Her husband: Loren, of the home
Sons: Gene (Linda) Phillips of McPherson
Jerry (Kayla) Phillips of Glava
Daughter: Sherry Phillips (Sandy Schreiner) of Hutchinson
Sister: Patty (Chuck) McDonald of Arkansas City
Six Grandchildren and 16 Great-grandchildren
Preceding her in death:
Three Brothers: Alfred, Keith, and Cecil
Three Sisters: Lorraine, Lola and Opal
Graveside service will be at 11:00 am Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Empire Cemetery in Glava. There is no visitation.
A memorial has been established with the V.F.W. Auxiliary, in care of Olsons Mortuary in Canton. |
